Line Command

Line Command:

Command: L Enter
LINE

Specify first point: specifies the start point of your line. If you use object snap and grid settings, you can place a point for lines with precision. If the starting point of line is an arc, it will create a lne tangent to arc.

Specify next point: specifies the End point of your line. This command keeps on prompting untill your line is complete. you can use direct entry method or co-ordinate methods to create next points. press ESC to end the command.

Undo: Deletes the latest created segment of your line.

Close: This option comes after two segments are made. this will create an enclosed area by joining first and last segment of your line.

Hello Friends,             This is my first blog on AutoCAD tutorials. I won’t waste time on overview of AutoCAD and its uses which everyone knows.
